my uncle and dad (about 1968)
I love this photo. The silly expressions, the old car, the baby bomber jackets. It's all so mismatched and perfect. (My dad is the one winking and possibly grabbing his crotch?) All in all, what they call a money shot, I'd say. Here are some songs. No real rhyme or reason to them, I just like to think they 'go' with the picture. (maybe that just means sentimental and acoustic. oops)
- Mama You've Been On My Mind - Bob Dylan (Bootleg Series)
- Don't Think Twice It's Alright - Bob Dylan (Freewheelin' Bob Dylan)
- Welcome Home, Son - Radical Face
- How Lucky We Are - Meiko
- Chicago (Acoustic) - Sufjan Stevens
- Running, Returing - Akron/Family
- Lover's Carvings - Bibio
- Back To The Sea - The Sandwitches
